Eligibility and acceptable use
Users must be legally capable of entering contracts in their jurisdiction and able to provide accurate professional details for credentialing. Organizations enrolling teams should ensure participants meet applicable workplace and legal requirements for their roles.
Users under 16 should not register without parental or employer consent. Corporate accounts enrolling junior staff must confirm lawful authorization and, where needed, parental consent documents for minors participating in development programs.
Services must be used lawfully. ProMaxIlmu reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in misuse, fraudulent certification attempts, or activities that undermine the integrity of courses and assessments.
Some courses or content may be restricted in certain jurisdictions due to licensing or regulatory requirements. Employers and individual users are responsible for ensuring access and participation comply with local laws in Malaysia and other applicable countries.
Account responsibilities
Accounts represent individual professionals or organizational users. Accurate profiles and up-to-date employer details are essential for correct credential issuance and course assignment in workplace scenarios.
You must provide truthful and current information. Inaccurate training histories or fake credentials discovered during verification will be handled under our misuse procedures and may lead to corrective actions documented in case records.
Protect account credentials and use multi-factor authentication where available. If your account is accessed by an unauthorized party, notify support immediately and follow incident-response guidance to preserve training and certification integrity.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable except for corporate-managed accounts where administrators assign access according to employer policies and documented role-change procedures.
If you suspect account compromise, contact support with the relevant scenario details. We will run a practical contribute, secure the account, and document remediation steps with timelines.
ProMaxIlmu may suspend or limit access for accounts that violate terms, present security risks, or endanger assessment validity. Suspension notices will include reasons and applicable case examples where possible.
Service scope and delivery
ProMaxIlmu delivers modular courses, case-based simulations, manager workshops and assessment tools designed for continuous professional learning. Service descriptions, schedules and delivery modes (live, on-demand, blended) are listed per course and may change with prior notice.
We may update course content, instructors or delivery formats to reflect best practices and industry trends. When changes affect active enrollments or credential pathways, we provide transition guidance and equivalent case scenarios to minimize disruption.
While we aim for high availability, platform access may be affected by maintenance, third-party outages or scheduled updates. For corporate programs, we offer contingency plans and documented scenarios for making up missed sessions.
User rules and acceptable behavior
Users must interact respectfully, follow assessment rules, and avoid actions that compromise learning outcomes or data integrity. The rules below illustrate prohibited behaviors and constructive alternatives.
- Do not share exam answers or proprietary assessment materials; instead, report ambiguities so instructors can refine scenarios.
- Do not impersonate other users; use transparent role-change requests for managers transferring permissions.
- Do not attempt automated scraping of course content; request API access for legitimate integration scenarios.
- Do not upload harmful files or malware; follow file submission guidelines and sample case templates when sharing materials.
- Do not exploit payment or discount systems; contact corporate support to resolve billing discrepancies using documented case procedures.
- Follow community guidelines during live sessions; moderators may mute or remove participants violating conduct standards.
- Report suspected intellectual property misuse via the designated contact channel and provide evidentiary scenarios to assist contribute.
User content and contributions
Users may submit case studies, project work and discussion posts. Contributions help build practical learning resources; users remain responsible for their submissions and must respect third-party rights.
You retain ownership of original content you submit, except for any rights you grant to ProMaxIlmu to host, display and use the material in learning scenarios and promotional examples.
By submitting content you grant ProMaxIlmu a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display the material within the platform, training materials and anonymized case repositories to support continuous learning.
Ensure content does not violate confidentiality, contains no personal data of third parties without consent, and is suitable for professional audiences. Submissions that breach these rules may be removed and documented in a case log.
Requests to remove user content will be assessed against legal and contractual obligations, including employer-sponsored program records. Removal decisions include practical scenarios explaining retention requirements when certificates or audits are impacted.
Intellectual property
ProMaxIlmu and its licensors retain ownership of platform content, course materials and activity. Users are granted limited rights to access and use materials for personal development or internal training within the scope of their subscription.
- Do not reproduce or redistribute course materials outside of licensed corporate agreements.
- Do not create derivative commercial products from ProMaxIlmu proprietary case simulations without authorization.
- Respect instructor and third-party content licensing terms and attribute sources when using case study excerpts.
Paid services and subscriptions
Paid offerings include individual enrollments, corporate packages, cohort facilitation and custom manager development programs. Each paid service description includes scope, deliverables and applicable scenarios for implementation.
Pricing is listed per course or package on ProMaxIlmu.club and may vary by region or corporate volume. Pricing examples and scenario-based quotes are available for enterprise customers to plan budgets and training cadences.
Payments are accepted via supported methods displayed during checkout. Corporate invoices include purchase order fields and scenario-based payment terms to align with employer procurement cycles.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled per the subscription cancellation procedure. Enterprise subscriptions can be managed by designated administrators who follow documented change-of-scope and renewal scenarios.
Refunds are considered based on the service type and usage. For instance, trial cancellations may result in prorated refunds, while completed courses with issued certificates are assessed differently. Each refund case is reviewed with transparent explanations.
Cancel subscriptions or course enrolments before specified cut-off dates to avoid charges. Cancellation scenarios for cohort-based programs are handled with alternative scheduling or credit options when appropriate.
Applicable taxes are applied to invoices according to Malaysian tax regulations and local rules in other jurisdictions. Corporate customers should provide tax-exempt documentation where applicable to reflect correct billing scenarios.
We may adjust prices; changes affecting active subscriptions are communicated in advance with migration options and examples illustrating the impact on renewal scenarios.
Non-payment may lead to access suspension after notice. For corporate accounts, billing dispute scenarios are managed through account representatives to minimize training interruptions.

Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with subscription terms or for material breaches. Employer accounts follow corporate offboarding procedures to transfer learning records when permitted by policy.
Upon termination, access to paid content ceases and outstanding fees remain due. We provide scenarios for export of eligible training records and certificate verification to support professional transitions.

Important notices are delivered via email to the address on file, or via account notifications for critical updates. Communication scenarios cover reminders, compliance alerts and changes to course schedules.
Changes to terms

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Dispute procedures include escalation paths, mediation scenarios and jurisdictional guidance consistent with local legal frameworks.
Dispute resolution
We favor resolution through direct dialogue and mediation. For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties may pursue remedies through Malaysian courts. Practical escalation scenarios and contact points are provided to facilitate resolution.
