For example, a hospitality operations manager used a two-module sequence—capacity planning and frontline coaching—to reduce check-in delays at peak hours by restructuring staff rotations and introducing a short verification script; the approach is documented in the course case and includes templates other participants can adapt. Another scenario traces a small fintech team that prioritized three onboarding experiments, tracked conversion metrics for two weeks, and iterated based on results. Course materials include step-by-step scenario walkthroughs, facilitator notes for role-play, stakeholder communication templates, and a one-page decision log to capture activity-offs. We encourage participants to bring a current real challenge as a case: cohorts then run the problem through prioritization, experiment planning, and a low-risk pilot during the lab.
